General characteristics
Supporting structure
The supporting structure of the furnace is designed in order to resist solicitations and thermal expansions due to the high operating temperatures.
It is built with strong profiles and joined iron plates.
Refractory and insulating system
The insulating system is manufactured by our expert staff using of the best refractory materials.
The care in the laying of the material and the attention to the finishing process will guarantee a long duration of the insulation.
Combustion system
The combustion plant for methane or LPG system is equipped with a variable number of burners in function of the capacity of the plant and according to the current law specifications.
The temperature is controlled by some thermocouples opportunely distributed in several points of the furnace.
Pneumatic and hydraulic system
When required, these plants are designed in order to facilitate the movement operations like tilting, opening and closing of the doors and the dumper on chimney etc.
Every driving point is controlled by one or more devices in order to guarantee the correct operation.
Electrical equipment
Every furnace is equipped with an electrical system duly designed for commands and controls execution on board of the furnace.
The control panel, containing all the electronic and electrical instruments, is built of a steel painted sheet and set with an IP 40 degree of protection.
Software
For more complex applications, a special software is installed in order to collect and elaborate the data coming from the devices on board for automation and control.
